Bio

Ryann Lyn is 17 years old and is a native of Wauwatosa WI. She started playing guitar and singing at the age of five. This has been her passion ever since. She studied guitar and piano at the Wauwatosa School of Music (WSOM) and at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music. Her guitar instructor (Cory Tcheng/WSOM) saw her potential and encouraged her to perform in front of live audiences. With the WSOM she has performed at several venues including Mo's Irish Pub (Wauwatosa WI), the Milwaukee Ale House(Milwaukee WI), Hart Fest (Wauwatosa WI), Tosa Fest (Wauwatosa WI), the Wauwatosa Fourth of July parades, Anodyne Coffee, and the Red Dot (Wauwatosa WI) to name a few.  Ryann is fortunate to come from a musical family. Her dad is the drummer of the Milwaukee based jam band, Southbound. She has been a guest performer with Southbound for the last three years and has played shows such as Summerfest (Milwaukee WI), the Wisconsin State Fair (West Allis WI), and many other festivals in Southeast Wisconsin. In 2018, the Ryann Lyn Band was formed which includes Ryann on lead vocals and guitar, Stan Lukasz on lead guitar, Rachel Krouse on bass, and Tim Schulz on drums. The RLB has a country/rock /singer songwriter vibe. They have played at Shank Hall (Milwaukee WI), the Grafton Gala (Grafton WI), the Wisconsin State Fair, Hart Fest, Tosa Fest, The Rock Umbrella Bar, the Red Dot, and more. Ryann also performs acoustic solo shows all around the Southeast WI including AppleWorks Winery, private parties, and has also been invited to sing the national anthem at the Milwaukee Wave game on New Year Eve 2018. In November 2018, Ryann Lyn released her first EP with all original music and is currently working on a full length follow up recording.
